Smoky Dreams Builders may be one of the newest builders in Cocke County,
Tennessee, but our attention to detail and quality have been appreciated

Smoky Dreams Builders is a father & son operation with licensed
contractor R J Lannan and his son, trim carpenter Chris Lannan. With a
combined experience of over twenty years, we specialize in custom cabins,
log homes, remodels and projects of all kinds. We offer "turn-key"
construction with many different levels of finish.
Although incorporated for only the last two years, we were actually
created to build our first rental cabin almost ten years ago. From there
it became fun and soon after that, it became our passion. We are the
company that will listen to your ideas and integrate them into the
building process. We will suggest ways to save money, but we won’t
compromise on quality.
